 Form 1 Literature in English Course Description: Form 1 Literature in English is an introductory course designed to enhance students' understanding and appreciation of literary works from various genres and time periods. Through close reading, critical analysis, and thoughtful discussion, students will develop their literary skills and engage with the rich cultural heritage of English literature. This course aims to foster a deeper understanding of literary techniques, themes, and historical contexts, while promoting critical thinking, effective communication, and a lifelong love for literature. Course Objectives: 1. Familiarize students with a diverse range of literary works, including poems, short stories, novels, and plays, from both classic and contemporary authors. 2. Develop students' ability to analyze and interpret literary texts using appropriate literary terms and concepts. 3. Enhance students' critical thinking skills by encouraging them to engage in thoughtful discussions and written reflections on the texts. 4. Cultivate students' appreciation for the cultural, historical, and social contexts in which literary works are created. 5. Improve students' oral and written communication skills through class presentations, group discussions, and written assignments

Course Description

Form 1 Literature in English course offers a comprehensive study of literary works, focusing on developing students' critical thinking and analytical skills. Through a diverse range of texts, students will explore various literary genres, including poetry, prose, and drama, while examining themes, literary techniques, and historical contexts. This course aims to foster a deep appreciation for literature and enhance students' language proficiency, enabling them to engage with and interpret complex literary texts. Course Outcomes

Form 1 Literature in English I. Course Description: This course aims to introduce students to the world of literature in the English language. Through the exploration of various literary genres, students will develop critical thinking skills, enhance their reading comprehension abilities, and foster a deeper appreciation for the power and beauty of language. By analyzing and interpreting literary works, students will gain insights into different cultures, perspectives, and historical contexts. II. Learning Objectives: By the end of this course, students should be able to: 1. Identify and analyze different literary genres, such as poetry, short stories, and drama. 2. Demonstrate an understanding of literary elements, including plot, character, setting, theme, and symbolism. 3.
